Floor Manager – Czech Speaking (Hospitality)

About the role

Mama is looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. You will be the face of the brand on the restaurant floor, ensuring guests have memorable experiences while supporting and energising your team.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of the restaurant together with the F&B Manager.
• Stay present on the floor, coaching and motivating staff throughout each shift.
• Welcome and onboard new team members, fostering a supportive environment.
• Maintain schedules, time‑keeping and smooth operational flow.
• Monitor costs, stock, waste and quality to meet financial targets.
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Contribute ideas for new drinks, dishes and innovative concepts.
• Keep the energy high and service sharp.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
• Proven track record of leading a team.
• Clear, positive communication style.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude that spreads good vibes.
