About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Intern supports restaurant, bar and terrace operations, ensuring guests receive an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience. The role assists servers, cocktail servers and managers during service periods.
Key responsibilities
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu dishes, wines by the glass and signature cocktails to guests.
- Expedite dishes from the kitchen, ensure proper presentation and deliver to the correct tables.
- Assist with cleaning operational areas and setting up dining areas.
- Support servers, cocktail servers and managers during busy service periods.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for hospitality with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and stay organized.
- Team player who brings personal energy and a personal touch to guest experiences.
- Share a commitment to excellence and creating memorable moments for guests.
