Full Stack Java Developer for Urban Mobility Platform

About the role

Yunex Traffic is looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join the Yutraffic Symphony team, building the next‑generation platform for urban traffic control and mobility management. The role combines backend development, technical design, integration and operational ownership in a hybrid, full‑time setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate microservice architectures on cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Develop data‑driven software for road traffic control using Java, APIs and various data formats.
• Maintain and improve existing code, resolve production defects and address security vulnerabilities.
• Analyse requirements, shape technical concepts and support customer projects.
• Contribute to lifecycle management, monitoring, incident handling and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure on‑call coverage during core hours.

Required profile

• Strong Java development skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with microservice design, Docker containerisation and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL databases and message‑broker/streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink).
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with international colleagues.
