Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our product and platform team. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver scalable features and reliable experiences for our professional‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications using modern backend and frontend frameworks such as Rails, Node.js, and React.
• Develop and support APIs and backend services that power product features.
• Create reusable frontend components and contribute to shared UI libraries.
• Improve existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver user‑focused functionality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support safe software deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure reliable releases.
• Participate in code reviews and help evolve engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
