About the role

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by inspiring consumer loyalty, delivering excellent customer service, and efficiently executing store operations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor store sales, KPI and individual performance targets and use resources to meet or exceed them.
Deliver Brand Customer Service standards, acting as a Brand Ambassador.
Communicate product features, benefits and unique selling points to customers.
Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately while minimizing loss.
Perform all store operations safely and efficiently, collaborating respectfully with team members.

Required profile

Fluent Czech speaker and intermediate English proficiency.
1‑2 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
