Full‑Stack Software Engineer – IDT RTLS Team

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join HID Global’s Identification Technologies (IDT) RTLS team in Brno. You will help design, build and maintain web‑based applications that deliver a seamless experience for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and ship high‑quality features for scalable full‑stack web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code following team standards.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, customer‑facing teams and other stakeholders in agile ceremonies.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous integration pipelines and automated testing.
• Provide deployment support and ensure smooth production releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal and external users.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and passion for building robust software.
• Experience working in an agile, fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to communicate progress, risks and status clearly to stakeholders.

• Full‑stack development (backend services and APIs).
