Gen AI Consultant

About the role

The Gen AI Consultant joins Accenture's AI & Data Practice to help clients adopt Generative AI safely and effectively. This hybrid position blends client‑facing AI upskilling with hands‑on AI engineering, enabling organizations to turn GenAI concepts into measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve AI upskilling programs such as workshops, trainings, promptathons and office hours for leaders, AI champions, business users and IT teams.
• Create and maintain training assets including presentations, quick‑start guides, use‑case catalogs and prompt templates.
• Facilitate the identification, prioritisation and translation of business use cases into practical demos and training scenarios.
• Define and communicate Responsible AI principles, safe GenAI usage guidelines and cost awareness.
• Drive adoption through community management, ambassador networks and feedback loops.
• Measure impact with KPI definition, dashboards, data interpretation and recommendations.
• Build PoC/demo solutions and technical accelerators (RAG, agentic workflows, LLM integrations via Python/API) and fine‑tune prompts, evaluation and guardrails.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering trainings, workshops or enablement activities and a passion for content creation.
• Strong understanding of GenAI/LLMs, able to explain principles, limitations and safe usage.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical use cases, prototypes or PoCs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Czech or Slovak (German a plus).

Required skills

• Python for scripting, data handling and API integrations.
• Experience with at least one GenAI framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation concepts, including embeddings, vector databases and retrieval techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar enterprise AI tools (optional).
