GL / RTR Accountant – Record to Report

About the role

Join the Group Finance Centre as a GL / RTR Accountant and own a part of the Record‑to‑Report process for Rohlik Group and its entities. You will work on month‑end closing, journal entries and account reconciliations while looking for ways to make processes simpler and faster.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your portion of the month‑end closing across multiple entities.
• Process regular journal vouchers and ensure they are posted on time.
• Maintain the timeliness and quality of account reconciliations.
• Handle routine and recurring accounting tasks independently.
• Resolve known accounting issues in cooperation with the Group Accounting Manager.
• Collaborate with other Finance teams across the Group.
• Contribute to KPI setting and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve the efficiency of RTR processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of practical experience in Czech accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Studies or completed education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Interest in continuous process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent Czech (mandatory) and advanced English for everyday written and spoken communication.
