Global Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join PFISTERER’s logistics team in the Czech Republic and help shape a sustainable, global supply chain for the energy transition. You will work on international projects, optimize transport modes and drive cost‑effective, low‑carbon logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑plan, standardise and optimise logistics processes across the entire supply chain (inter‑company, suppliers and customers).
• Create and monitor KPIs, forecast demand and manage CO₂ reporting for air, sea and truck transport.
• Lead optimisation projects and oversee cross‑plant interim inventories.
• Develop and maintain group‑wide packaging concepts while managing the global packaging budget.
• Continuously review the supply chain for cost‑saving opportunities and sustainable transport alternatives.

Required profile

• Degree focused on Logistics or a specialised logistics background with additional business administration training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics (sea, air and road freight).
• Strong analytical abilities, high service orientation and resilience.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic).
