Global Procurement Excellence Training Manager

About the role

The Global Procurement Excellence Training Manager is responsible for the full training lifecycle, shaping procurement talent worldwide by designing, delivering and continuously improving both technical and soft‑skill programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the global procurement training strategy, create and update content using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and produce training videos.
• Deliver training, build a network of training champions, and run trainer‑coach campaigns across business groups.
• Design and implement procurement leadership programs in partnership with HR and external partners.
• Define and track training KPIs, collect feedback, measure effectiveness and manage competency assessments.
• Support procurement excellence projects and assist with PMO tasks.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience in training development and delivery, preferably in procurement or leadership programs.
• Advanced communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience, agility, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
• Clipchamp or similar video creation tools
• Power BI
• Familiarity with Copilot Agents
