Global Project Manager Finance Solutions

About the role

Sandoz is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of medium to large‑scale finance technology projects, primarily SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations, across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, hyper‑care and transition to operations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, vendors and implementation partners while maintaining scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Drive project governance, including stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate requirements validation, design, testing, data migration, cut‑over planning and business readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies, security standards and SAP best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering medium to large‑scale IT finance projects in a global, multi‑country environment.
• Strong background in leading geographically distributed teams and external system integrators.
• Demonstrated financial project management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and vendor management.
• Experience managing project risks, stakeholder expectations and complex delivery challenges.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
