Global Sales Director

About the role

Can you lead a global sales strategy that helps make the world a safer place? At Compelson, we develop software solutions trusted by government agencies and law‑enforcement worldwide. As Global Sales Director you will accelerate international growth and strengthen our position as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute worldwide sales strategy, identify new business opportunities and drive growth across global markets.
• Lead, mentor and develop the international sales team, implementing processes that improve overall effectiveness.
• Develop relationships with government organisations and global partners, positioning Compelson as the first choice for law‑enforcement and security agencies.
• Monitor competitors and security market trends, report to leadership and influence product direction to meet market needs.

Required profile

• Experienced sales leader with several years of active sales and team leadership, preferably in the IT/software sector and B2G sales.
• Strong closing mindset, able to secure complex contracts and coach the team to do the same.
• Strategic sales architect who can turn market analysis into clear action plans for the sales team.
• International diplomat comfortable negotiating at the highest level in English.
