Global Transformation & Adoption Lead (Senior Manager)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a senior‑level leader to guide the adoption of new capabilities across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, functional teams, and transformation programs to translate complex technology and business concepts into clear, actionable guidance for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication plans that link global priorities to day‑to‑day actions for colleagues.
• Create executive communications, leadership presentations, campaigns and adoption toolkits that simplify sophisticated ideas.
• Guide readiness, education and engagement activities for AI‑enabled, digital, automation and customer‑experience initiatives.
• Partner with learning, technology and business teams to identify learning needs and build adoption resources.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback forums and alignment sessions to shape transformation approaches.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and functional partners, growing champion networks to spread adoption.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level professional with proven experience in communications, change enablement and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to work across global, regional and functional teams.
• Strong storytelling skills to turn technical concepts into practical use cases.
