About the role
O-I, a manufacturer of glass packaging for food and beverage brands, offers a 12-month graduate engineering programme at its plant in Nove Sedlo. The programme is described as a deep dive into the glass industry, combining practical work and study in the plants with experienced managers and glassmakers.
Key responsibilities
- Learn the processes, technologies and roles of the glass industry through hands-on work and study in the plants.
- Take part in a structured learning and development programme with on-the-job activities.
- Join networking activities, including international rotations in some of O-I's best plants in Europe.
- Be integrated into the plant in Nove Sedlo by the end of the programme.
Required profile
- Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation or electrical engineering.
- Passion for manufacturing processes and willingness to work on factory shop floors in heat and noise alongside master glassmakers.
- Fluent English and Czech; other languages are a plus.
- Availability for travel for training rotations.
