Grocery Associate – Praha

About the role

Wolt is expanding its Wolt Market service in Prague and is looking for enthusiastic Grocery Associates to join the team. You will work in a fast‑paced fulfillment centre, handling product intake, order preparation and hand‑over to couriers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming products into the store inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Use internal PC/tablet systems to track stock and orders.
• Identify and suggest improvements to daily operational processes.

Required profile

• Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑focused “can‑do” attitude.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, notebook or tablet.
• Flexible to work day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent Czech (B2/C1) in speaking and writing.
• Basic English for system navigation.
