Group Full‑Stack Developer – Marketing Technology

About the role

We are looking for two Group Full‑Stack Developers specializing in Marketing Technology to join our Marketing Innovation & Technology team. You will design, build and maintain front‑end components, back‑end services and data integrations that power our marketing platform across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Vue.js components and widgets that operate within partially controlled pages.
• Create and extend Node.js services to add new features to internal solutions.
• Design, implement and maintain REST API, webhook and event‑driven integrations between the marketing platform and external systems.
• Build campaign logic, templates and configurations inside the CDP (Bloomreach Engagement).
• Debug and resolve issues across front‑end, back‑end and data pipelines, including data inconsistencies.
• Translate marketing business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Incorporate AI tooling into the daily development workflow.
• Document delivered solutions and ensure their stability in production.

Required profile

• Higher education diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
• Commercial experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Vue.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency with REST API integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Git.
• Practical experience using AI tools in development.
