Group Product Manager – Core (Hybrid)

About the role

Wrike is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead its Core unit, the heart of the platform where customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work. You will oversee five product teams and five Product Managers, shaping the vision and strategy for a powerful, easy‑to‑use, AI‑ready product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Core product area.
• Manage a multi‑team environment, ensuring clear ownership, strong decision‑making, and consistent product quality.
• Prioritize customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, and long‑term strategic bets.
• Drive AI‑native research and development processes to scale output and outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers into stronger strategic leaders.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience managing multiple product teams and stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in product discovery, validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, understanding enterprise scalability, adoption, and configurability.
• Ability to make hard trade‑offs across competing investments and technical complexity.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• People‑management experience including coaching, mentoring, hiring, and developing talent.
