Head of Digital Growth

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Series B fintech startup fighting fraud with AI. The Head of Digital Growth will lead paid acquisition, website optimisation and digital analytics from Prague, owning strategy, budget and a growing performance‑marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid‑media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other B2B channels (Bing, YouTube, G2, Reddit, etc.).
• Own a multi‑million‑dollar performance‑marketing budget and allocate spend to the highest‑impact opportunities.
• Hire, coach and manage a Performance Marketing Manager, Web Growth Manager and Web Developer while staying hands‑on with campaigns.
• Drive website growth as a product: roadmap, CRO, A/B testing, landing‑page optimisation and conversion‑flow improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track traffic, conversion, qualified pipeline and revenue, linking data to HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, SDRs and RevOps to turn traffic into qualified demand.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B growth, demand‑generation or performance‑marketing experience, preferably in Series B+ SaaS, fintech or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams and improving their results.
• Deep understanding of paid‑media operations, website CRO, experimentation and digital analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive revenue‑focused outcomes.
