Head of Labour Procurement

About the role

Labour is one of the largest cost areas across Rohlik Group, and external workforce services are critical to the daily performance of our fulfilment centres and warehouses. We are looking for a Head of Labour Procurement who will design and lead our Group‑wide sourcing and commercial strategy for external workforce services across the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Group’s procurement strategy for external workforce services supporting our fulfilment centres and warehouses across all markets.
• Run tenders and lead negotiations at executive level; contract through the Group’s standard procurement and contract management tooling.
• Own the commercial architecture and cost governance of the category: benchmark provider pricing across markets and sites, drive cost transparency, and deliver measurable savings against a spend baseline you establish.
• Establish supplier performance management: service levels, quality, and delivery against contract, with regular scorecard reviews with providers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in senior procurement, workforce/staffing, or category management roles – ideally with deep exposure to agency labour, temporary staffing, or outsourced services.
• Proven track record running large tenders and negotiating labour or service contracts at executive level.
• Working knowledge of temporary agency work legislation and labour cost mechanics; comfort operating across CEE/DACH regulatory environments.
