Head of Supply Chain – Czech Republic

About the role

Rohlík Group is looking for a Head of Supply Chain for its Czech market, the company’s largest and most complex operation. You will own product availability, inventory performance and supplier reliability while driving the next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day operations, lead morning calls and own KPIs such as availability, stock health, shrink and OTIF.
• Lead and develop a small team of up to 10 people, mentoring while staying hands‑on when needed.
• Build reporting, analyse raw data and use insights to make faster decisions.
• Drive efficiency and automation by applying AI and modern tools to eliminate manual work and optimise ordering.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail, logistics or operations, with knowledge of ordering, inventory management and KPIs.
• Hands‑on, builder mindset; comfortable leading a team and diving into data to fix processes.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and advanced English (B2/C1).

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Interest and experience with AI‑driven automation.
