Head of Technical Support – Mobile Forensics

About the role

Lead an international technical support team for a mobile forensics software used by law‑enforcement agencies worldwide, while contributing to product development and improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small international team of technical support specialists.
• Coordinate daily work, set priorities and ensure fast, high‑quality support for users worldwide.
• Work closely with the software development team to test and improve product features and contribute to new functionality design.
• Oversee testing of applications across a wide range of mobile devices and maintain technical documentation.
• Deliver product demonstrations, lead online meetings and host webinars for partners and customers globally.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team during customer meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of mobile technologies and experience with Windows environments.
• Strong English communication skills for interaction with customers and international colleagues.
• Organizational abilities and a passion for leading and supporting a team.
• Experience managing people or coordinating technical support in an international setting is a plus.
