Health Economics & Market Access Associate Director

About the role

Lead health economics and market access activities for the Surgery portfolio within Johnson & Johnson MedTech, developing and executing market access strategies and supporting evidence generation for new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new and existing surgical technologies.
• Support the creation of health economics tools and translate complex messages for the sales force.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and governmental bodies.
• Provide health economic input for commercial initiatives, value‑based procurement and agreements.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, public health, economics, epidemiology or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in medical devices, pharma, HTA, payer organizations or healthcare consultancy.
• Strong understanding of HTA principles and healthcare system processes.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a cross‑functional matrix environment.

• Ability to synthesize clinical and economic evidence into clear messages.
• Fluent in English and native in Czech or Polish.
