HR Analyst (Czech) – Maternity Cover

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a proactive HR Analyst to join its EMEA Employee & Labor Relations (ERLR) Delivery team in Prague. This fixed‑term position provides maternity cover until January 2028 and involves supporting employees and managers with disciplinary, performance, and policy matters while ensuring compliance with local legislation and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries on disciplinary actions, performance management, employment law, and contracts via a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with local HR and labor‑law specialists to resolve complex cases and conduct workplace investigations.
• Coordinate between site experts and the regional HR Shared Services organization.
• Assist managers in designing structured performance improvement plans for underperforming staff.
• Prepare disciplinary and termination documentation in line with company policies.
• Provide HR data reporting and insights to local specialists while adhering to global operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong motivation and proactive attitude with a focus on confidentiality and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Czech language proficiency is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret HR policies, employment legislation, and the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and coordination capabilities.
