HR Site Specialist Level 2

About the role

Implement HR policies and tools, provide management support, and ensure alignment between human resource management and plant objectives at Forvia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute staffing, recruitment, training, career planning, compensation and motivation strategies at plant level.
• Ensure efficient payroll, administrative processes and compliance with HSE policy.
• Coordinate negotiations with unions, employee representatives and relevant authorities.
• Implement Faurecia HR policies, including employee engagement and reporting of HR data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cooperate with HSE, quality and other support functions.

Required profile

• Knowledge of double‑entry accounting, labour law, remuneration and C&B processes.
• Experience with HR and payroll information systems (SAP, GV System, attendance software).
• Familiarity with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and related regulations.
• Fluent in Czech and English, with a valid driving licence (category B).
