HR Specialist – French Speaker (EMEA)

About the role

The HR Specialist supports HR operational processes across the EMEA region with a focus on France. You will act as a key interface between Payroll, HR Business Partners, external providers and global teams, ensuring accurate HR administration and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design and implement process improvements and automation using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel and Workday.
• Oversee Tier‑2 HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, governance and data accuracy.
• Support HR systems and reporting, extract and validate data, and resolve discrepancies with payroll and vendors.
• Ensure HR processes comply with French labour law and collective agreements, maintaining documentation for audit readiness.
• Participate in HR transformation, payroll and system implementation projects, coordinating requirements and testing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services or payroll coordination, preferably within a French context.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage complex cases and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the capacity to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (lookups, tables, reconciliation).
• Microsoft 365 suite – Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate.
• Workday HRIS and SD Worx payroll system.
• Data analysis and validation, process documentation.
