HR Specialist - Time Services (Hybrid, Prague)

About the role

D-ploy, an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region, is hiring an HR Specialist in Prague for a temporary position from November 2026 to October 2027, with the possibility of an extension. The role covers day-to-day Time Services delivery, time and attendance data entry, payroll inputs and HR controls, and is offered in a hybrid format.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Time Services delivery by compiling and entering time and attendance data and reconciling errors to keep records accurate and complete.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of all HR-related data and ensure compliance with legislation, data privacy and protection guidelines across the relevant geographies.
• Perform country-specific data consistency checks and follow the payroll calendar to prepare payroll inputs.
• Support NFCM and HR controls, and resolve time and attendance queries raised by stakeholders within agreed timeframes, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate contact.
• Highlight exceptions and deviations, extract regular and ad hoc reports for payroll and other divisions, and gather system enhancement and change requests to coordinate with IT and global support.
• Support the project team in defining requirements, designing and validating the system setup in line with local legislation, and ensure performance metrics and KPIs are met.
• Contribute to People Services and Solutions projects and perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Preferred: 3 to 6 years' experience in Time Services on a time solution platform, or 3 to 6 years in HR services such as payroll-time or HR technology.
• Experience in a project within a global organization; experience with transformation and transition projects is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Candidate must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.

Required skills

• Knowledge of WD/SAP systems is an advantage.
