Idira/CyberArk PAM Consultant

About the role

Join PwC’s Identity and Cloud Security team to help clients integrate and manage Privileged Access Management solutions using Idira (formerly CyberArk) technologies. You will work on diverse projects, operating and expanding Privilege Cloud environments while ensuring secure, reliable access for privileged accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and continuously improve existing Idira/CyberArk Privilege Cloud solutions.
• Onboard privileged accounts and applications, configure policies, safes, platforms and related integrations.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, integration failures and platform defects.
• Plan, test, document and implement configuration changes and product updates following client change‑management processes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application and operations teams to translate technical requirements into sustainable PAM solutions.

Required profile

• Practical hands‑on experience with Idira/CyberArk PAM solutions, preferably Privilege Cloud or self‑hosted deployments.
• Understanding of privileged account lifecycle management, credential rotation, session control and access governance.
• Ability to troubleshoot across applications, operating systems, networks, directories and security controls.
• Professional proficiency in English and Czech.
