Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will lead end‑to‑end deployments for ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions, guiding projects from kickoff through go‑live and hyper‑care while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from kickoff to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Participate in client project meetings to capture needs, set objectives, and align timelines.
• Coordinate daily tasks across a matrixed organization and third‑party partners.
• Ensure implementations follow ADP standard processes and address any gaps.
• Drive resolution of escalated issues independently or with stakeholder involvement.
• Support the ADP Global Team and ICP in delivering project tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Czech or Slovak.
• Experience managing projects with international stakeholders.
• Strong client‑service orientation and analytical mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project participants.
• Capacity to handle multiple simultaneous implementations.
• Understanding of payroll processes and ADP standards is a plus.
