Inbound Sales Team Manager

About the role

Join Similarweb’s fast‑growing Prague office as the Inbound Sales Team Manager. You will build and scale a new go‑to‑market engine from the ground up, leading a team of Inbound Sales Representatives and shaping the sales strategy that drives revenue for a leading digital intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and coach a high‑performing inbound sales team.
• Set, monitor, and achieve KPIs such as calls, emails, and meetings booked.
• Develop and refine the inbound sales process and pod structure.
• Collaborate with Data, CRM, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to ensure successful sales meetings.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and implement growth actions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development.
• 1+ year of experience leading or managing a sales team.
• Proven experience managing inbound or outbound lead qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with Salesloft (nice to have).
