Industrial Engineer Graduate Trainee – 2‑Year International Program

About the role

Valeo is looking for recent technical graduates to join a 2‑year international Graduate Trainee Program that leads to a permanent Industrial Engineer position. You will rotate through four 6‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in automated driving, electrification, and industrial processes within our Prague R&D Center and other global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrial technologies within the assigned perimeter.
• Manage the Process Expertise Center and coordinate with plants, production, and industrialization teams.
• Define and deploy standard processes, tools, equipment, and supplier panels.
• Align industrial strategy with mid‑term company planning and drive global product and process standardisation.
• Oversee industrialisation projects, validate standards, and support ramp‑up activities.
• Participate in governance forums such as project management committees and sourcing reviews.
• Ensure site performance in delivery, quality, and asset utilisation.

Required profile

• Graduated between June 2026 and up to two years after graduation from a Technical University.
• Strong motivation to start a career in automotive production and industrial engineering.
• Willingness to take responsibility early and work in an international, fast‑paced environment.
