Information Technology Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Technical Recruiter to support our clients in Prague. The role blends client relationship management with end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process and high satisfaction for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients in Prague 1–2 days per week to understand hiring needs and strengthen relationships.
• Engage with clients regularly, providing recruitment updates and progress reports.
• Work on IT requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
• Close positions within agreed timelines while maintaining candidate and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Prague a few days per week and remotely otherwise.
