Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Join Braiins' infrastructure team to manage IT services, server hardware, virtualization, and network administration. You will work on both SaaS and on‑premise systems, supporting internal IT and ensuring reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor IT services such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Google Workspace and various open‑source tools on Debian servers, using Zabbix.
• Maintain server hardware, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.
• Handle network administration including VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP and firewalls.
• Provide internal IT support: office Wi‑Fi, asset management and user assistance.
• Manage incidents and problems, improving processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Communicative English and Czech.
• Good knowledge of Linux administration, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
• General understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP and firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization and basic server hardware/storage.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and take ownership of technical issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
