Infrastructure Project Manager – Prague

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise‑scale infrastructure transformation programmes in Prague. The role involves delivering complex data‑centre migrations, virtualization, storage and disaster‑recovery projects while ensuring quality, budget and timeline commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute migrations, cut‑overs and go‑live activities across Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware, storage and network environments.
• Coordinate readiness assessments, transition planning and service stability during transformation programmes.
• Engage with architects, operations, engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive project governance and executive reporting.
• Manage third‑party vendors, handle escalations and ensure issue resolution across multiple infrastructure towers.
• Maintain RAID logs, enforce security, compliance (GxP, SOX) and lead change‑management activities.
• Oversee project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, procurement and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of IT experience with a strong focus on infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale infrastructure transformation or migration programmes.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, vendor contracts and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
