Inside Business Partner Manager (Slovenian)

About the role

The client, a multinational company based in Prague, is looking for a native Slovenian speaker to join the Customer Support team as an Inside Business Partner Manager. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of partners that sell PC and print products, driving year‑on‑year sales growth within a partner‑program environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of partners, ensuring they sell PC and print products and services while achieving YoY growth.
• Proactively contact partners to identify sales opportunities, manage pricing, and guide them through the full sales cycle.
• Educate partners on new product features and provide timely support via calls and emails.
• Ensure partners meet program requirements, including certifications and revenue thresholds.
• Track partner performance, forecasting, and marketing plan execution using internal tools.
• Register and onboard new IT resellers to the Partner Program.

Required profile

• Native Slovenian speaker with fluent English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in technology.
• Positive attitude, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and shifting workloads.
