About the role

Wrike is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to generate leads and expand the adoption of its work management platform. The role works on a defined target list, collaborating closely with Account Development Managers to secure qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify prospects using tools such as 6 Sense, Regie AI, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
• Personalize outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, focusing on solution‑selling and addressing specific customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Development Managers to improve qualification quality and conversion rates.
• Assess opportunity suitability, understand buyer personas, and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and 1‑2+ years of outbound sales or SaaS experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
• Experience handling the full sales cycle and conducting video‑conference demos.
