Inside Sales Representative – Nordics (Prague)

About the role

Play a role in driving and supporting our business growth across the Nordic region. Serve as the vital connection between our headquarters in Prague and our local representatives throughout the Nordics.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our distributor network and assist with daily inquiries and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Nordic team to plan, coordinate, and execute events, representing the company.
• Manage and distribute incoming leads from various online channels.
• Deliver online webinars in English or a Nordic language.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce database for seamless collaboration.

Required profile

• Fluent English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient, positive mindset with ability to stay motivated in a dynamic sales environment.
• Previous experience in cold calling, prospecting, or business development is advantageous.
• University degree preferred.
