Insider Risk Analyst – Cyber Security

About the role

We are looking for an inquisitive Insider Risk Analyst who can spot hidden threats inside the organization. The role sits in the Insider Risk Unit and works at the intersection of security, technology and human behavior to protect intellectual property and critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor security telemetry using SIEM, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) tools to detect high‑risk, anomalous activity.
• Conduct detailed investigations of potential insider threats such as data exfiltration, credential misuse and policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance and Physical Security teams to resolve incidents while respecting employee privacy.
• Document findings and present clear reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Perform proactive threat‑hunting, refine detection logic and develop new use cases to improve early identification of internal risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in information security, insider risk or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about human behavior and data anomalies.
