Internal IT Users Support Technician

About the role

Join tsys's Global Payments Europe Technical Support team as an Internal IT Users Support Technician. You will provide first and second‑line assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of devices and services across both onsite and remote environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line IT support, resolve incidents and service requests, and maintain high‑quality ticket documentation.
• Troubleshoot and support end‑user devices (Windows, ChromeOS, Apple), printers, peripherals and network connectivity.
• Manage incident triage, escalation and coordination with specialised support teams.
• Configure, provision and image desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and handle software deployments.
• Assist with system maintenance, hardware upgrades and improve technical documentation and support processes.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Czech and English (C1 preferred).
• 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience with hands‑on hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, ChromeOS and Apple device installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory for user account and access management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and customer‑service skills.
