International Business Development Manager – HVAC

About the role

Jaga is seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive its expansion across Central Europe. You will be responsible for opening new markets, building distributor networks and turning innovative HVAC solutions into commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new distributors, partners and customers in targeted international regions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with architects, installers and other decision‑makers.
• Convert commercial opportunities into concrete projects and long‑term contracts.
• Introduce Jaga’s cooling and climate technologies in markets with high growth potential.
• Lead negotiations, close deals and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics and production to support each project from inception to delivery.
• Represent Jaga at trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings.
• Travel internationally for approximately 50 % of the time.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in a technical, HVAC, construction or building‑related environment.
• Proven “hunter” mentality with a strong commercial mindset.
• Experience building export markets, distributor or partner networks.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Russian) are a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to work independently and thrive in a small, international team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC and climate‑control technologies.
