IT Recruiter – Headhunter / Sourcer (Prague)

About the role

D-ploy is looking for an energetic IT Recruiter to join its growing team in Prague. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and assessing IT talent to meet the company’s recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and other channels.
• Proactively search for passive candidates for technical positions.
• Review CVs and online profiles, matching them against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate experience, skills and availability.
• Contact candidates directly, presenting relevant career opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiter coordinators to understand open positions and priorities.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and monitor channel effectiveness.
• Stay up‑to‑date with recruitment tools, sourcing methods and market trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates for IT or technical roles is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident approach when contacting candidates.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to declare a recent (≤ 3 months) criminal record if required.
