IT Recruitment Coordinator – English & German

About the role

D‑ploy, an IT and Engineering Solutions provider operating across EMEA and the USA, is seeking an engaging and solution‑oriented IT Recruitment Coordinator fluent in English and German to support its growing international team.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates, document detailed notes and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Support and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and managers.
• Communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
• Develop and maintain a trusted network of passive, active and inactive candidates.
• Gather market intelligence through conversations and translate insights into business development leads.
• Conduct active market mapping and source candidates via headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, Xing and other channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and strong client‑facing abilities.
• Research skills and a keen interest in information technology.
• Highly organized to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates and agencies.
• Ambitious, resilient, tenacious and committed to exceeding expectations.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to provide a recent criminal‑record extract (not older than three months).
