About the role
The IT Specialist provides user‑level support, maintains workstations, servers and network infrastructure, and ensures the smooth operation of all IT equipment.
Key responsibilities
- User level support for employees
- Maintenance of workstations and servers
- Maintenance of network infrastructure
- Monitoring of IT system functionality and issue resolution
Required profile
- Technical high school diploma, preferably in IT
- 3+ years of IT experience (preferred)
- Basic scripting knowledge and understanding of networking concepts
- Familiarity with common office software, especially Microsoft Office
- Driver’s licence B
- Native Czech speaker with at least B2 level English (German is a plus)
