IT Support Specialist – Italian & Czech (Hybrid)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a bilingual IT Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for end‑user incidents and service requests. The role is hybrid, based in Brno, and requires fluent Italian (and Czech) to provide remote troubleshooting and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and manage tickets via phone (≈40 calls/day) and email.
• Provide 1st‑line remote support for devices, networks, applications and peripherals.
• Prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency, assigning appropriate severity levels.
• Own user problems, follow up on status, and communicate progress promptly.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards and adhere to service‑management principles.
• Create and update support documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian.
• Strong active listening, ability to work independently.
• Prior IT support experience (e.g., password resets, software installation, user management) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of computers, networks, software, mobile devices and cloud technologies.
• Ownership, responsibility and critical‑thinking mindset.
