Junior Product Manager

About the role

Our company is looking for a Junior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of a Databricks‑based analytics platform. You will turn a complex landscape of dozens of data sources and thousands of tables into a portfolio of trusted, reusable data products that enable business users and AI solutions to unlock the full value of the company’s data.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog for the Databricks platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and prioritize investments that deliver measurable value.
• Drive the transition from raw datasets to governed, high‑quality, reusable data products.
• Improve data discoverability, quality, metadata, lineage and usability.
• Enable advanced analytics, machine learning and generative AI by ensuring data is AI‑ready.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, software engineers and governance teams.
• Measure product success through adoption, user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Early‑career experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Passion for data, analytics and AI‑driven innovation.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and modern data platforms.
