Junior Video Producer (TikTok)

About the role

Apify, a marketplace of AI tools with its main office in Prague, is looking for a part-time Junior Video Producer to run its culture channel on TikTok (@apifylife). The role is based in Prague, with regular trips to the Brno office, and aims to make Apify's culture visible to future colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit and post regularly on @apifylife, covering office life, team events, new joiners and the people behind Apify, until you take over the channel
• Spot trending sounds, formats and memes on TikTok and turn them into videos quickly
• Track mentions of Apify and reply to comments on @apifylife and later on @apifytech
• Sync with the Social Media team and repurpose videos for LinkedIn and X
• Host videos, run interviews and occasionally act in long-form product videos
• Shoot on your phone, edit in CapCut or the TikTok editor, and keep the short-form ideas database up to date with the Office and Events team
• Work with the People team so culture content helps hiring, and check that everyone filmed agrees to appear
• Follow views, followers and engagement and share quick learnings with the Video team

Required profile

• Active on TikTok, aware of what is trending
• Positive, outgoing and comfortable on camera, interviewing or acting
• Some hands-on experience making short-form videos
• Reliable, able to manage your own schedule and meet deadlines
• Natural English for captions and replies

Required skills

• CapCut or the TikTok editor
• Ability to turn raw phone footage into finished videos in hours
