Kubernetes Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Kubernetes Engineer to design, automate, and maintain scalable deployment frameworks for modern cloud‑native applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines, optimize Kubernetes environments, and ensure high reliability across all deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Docker images and Helm charts for application deployment.
• Integrate third‑party tools such as HashiCorp Vault, Bitnami SealedSecrets, Cert‑manager, trust‑manager, and Multus.
• Design and implement CI/CD automation using Jenkins, covering application builds, documentation, lab/environment deployments, and automated regression testing.
• Support Kubernetes‑based application deployments, lifecycle management, and ongoing operational health.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, deployment efficiency, and system reliability.

Required profile

• Strong functional knowledge of Linux (RHEL or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and experience with Python 3.
• Solid understanding of Git version control.
• Familiarity with core Kubernetes concepts, including controllers, pod lifecycle, health checks, services, networking, persistent volumes, and StatefulSets.
• Working knowledge of Helm 3 (chart structure, templating, deployment lifecycle) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Preferred experience with Infrastructure as Code and knowledge of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka, MariaDB, and Keycloak.
