Land Product Coordinator

About the role

The Land Product Coordinator supports the creation and delivery of land‑based experiences that complement HX’s expedition cruises. You will manage hotels, transfers, and pre‑/post‑cruise programs to ensure every guest journey aligns with the HX promise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the land product portfolio, including hotels, transfers, and destination services.
• Secure capacity, allotments, rates and commercial terms with local suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate land services during normal operations and irregular or last‑minute situations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hotels, DMCs and other suppliers, monitoring performance and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate contracts, pricing, service standards and product information.
• Provide clear product information to internal stakeholders and collaborate with the Air & Land team.
• Participate in the creation of HX tours, packages and destination experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry (tour operator, DMC or cruise operator).
• Fluency in English.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a global mindset.
• Tech‑forward attitude and quick learning of new systems.
