Lead Cyber Security – Identity and Access Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to lead the strategy and development of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. You will manage the Connect 2.0 (Ping Identity) solution, mentor an international team, and collaborate with Cyber Security, Privacy, OneCRM, and eCommerce divisions to deliver secure identity services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy for the CIAM platform, including authentication, authorization, consent management, and identity security.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a global CIAM team of specialists.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, budget, and vendor relationships for the Connect 2.0 platform.
• Drive adoption of the identity solution across eCommerce, CRM, and other customer‑facing applications.
• Partner with Cyber Security, Privacy, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and laws.
• Monitor system reliability and measure business value of the platform.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with customer identity management, preferably with Ping Identity (Connect 2.0) and related login, permission, and consent processes.
• Proven leadership or strong ambition to lead and develop a small international technical team.
• Strategic planning ability to align platform development with cyber security and privacy requirements.
• Experience managing platform operations, budgets, and vendor collaborations.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills for global product management.
