Lead Digital Designer – Creative Production

About the role

FTMO is looking for a senior multidisciplinary designer to lead the creation, animation, and engineering of high‑quality assets for global campaigns. You will act as the technical right‑hand for the design team, setting standards, mentoring peers, and ensuring flawless execution across static, motion, and video formats.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on creation and execution of static, motion, and video assets for platforms such as META, Google, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
• Design and improve workflows, build master templates, and define tooling standards for the department.
• Mentor and coach multidisciplinary designers, identify technical bottlenecks early, and act as the senior technical expert.
• Maintain visual clarity by applying advanced typography, hierarchy, contrast, and motion principles, and develop BAU communication templates.
• Collaborate with performance specialists to set up A/B testing, optimize creative performance, and manage localization for global markets.
• Lead generative AI initiatives, creating production‑ready AI pipelines to accelerate asset generation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a hybrid design leadership role with proven hands‑on asset creation and team mentorship.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating elite visual execution, ad adaptation, and motion graphics.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and ownership of internal server and shared‑storage workflows.
• Deep understanding of montage theory, visual rhythm, continuity editing, spatial audio, and cinematic lighting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
