Lead Instructor – Enterprise Training (Remote)

About the role

This is an opportunity to lead engaging, hands‑on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool. You will guide learners through realistic promotional planning scenarios, teaching the platform through practical workflows rather than feature‑by‑feature demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) that combine onboarding, dry‑runs and client‑specific tool training.
• Facilitate hands‑on exercises, walk participants through realistic promotional planning scenarios and demonstrate the proprietary tool in a live virtual environment.
• Explain promotional concepts, terminology, processes and performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift and incrementality in clear business language.
• Help establish consistent promotional terminology and processes across multiple global markets.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or a related field with familiarity with retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and confidently demonstrate proprietary software in a live virtual setting.
• Experience delivering hands‑on training or workshops where participants actively use software.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt delivery to beginners and advanced users.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technology issues and adapting to evolving client requirements.
